ALPHA GMM February 2025: Fresh Insights and a Bold New Identity

The Association of Laguna Technopark Professionals in Human Administration (ALPHA) held its first General Membership Meeting of the year at the LTAI Multi-purpose Pavilion within Laguna Technopark. HR professionals gathered for an engaging session filled with valuable insights, organizational updates, and exciting surprises.
The event featured an inspiring talk by Mr. Ronaldo Turla, Managing Director and Founder of Talent Reach Consulting, who shared his expertise on “Winning Principles and Practices in HR for 2025.” His discussion provided practical strategies and forward-thinking approaches to help HR practitioners thrive in an ever-changing business landscape. Members also received important updates from the Social Security System (SSS) through Ms. Rosario Bien, Acting Head of the SSS Biñan Branch, who addressed key changes and reminders relevant to HR operations and employee benefits.
Adding to the excitement, ALPHA President, Ms. Ching De Leon from Katolec, announced the organization’s new name and logo, marking a refreshed identity and vision for the future. Members were also treated to early bird prizes and raffle draws, making the event not only informative but also fun and rewarding. Its primary purpose is to organize and bring together human resource practitioners within the Laguna Technopark Economic Zone, located in the cities of Biñan and Sta.
