ALPHA GMM July 2025: Workplace Compliance and Building Trust-Based Cultures
Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna – July 24, 2025
The Association of Laguna Technopark Professionals in Human Administration (ALPHA) held again its General Membership Meeting (GMM) at the LTAI Multi-Purpose Pavilion in Laguna Technopark from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This month’s session delivered practical insights and inspiring strategies for HR professionals, focusing on compliance and workplace culture.
The first discussion, “Workplace Inspection Updates,” was led by Mr. Raphael Louis Fernandez, Sr. Labor & Employment Officer from the DOLE Laguna Provincial Office. He provided clarity on recent inspection protocols and compliance expectations, particularly the new OSH guidelines supplementing last month’s session. The second topic, “Building Trust-Based Workplaces: Applying TBRI® Principles to HR,” was presented by Ms. Loren Demol, Engagement Director at Saddleback Santa Rosa. Her talk explored how Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) principles can transform HR practices and foster a culture of trust and collaboration.
ALPHA extends its gratitude to our sponsors, RAW Events Management and iLead IT Solutions, for supporting this event. As always, members enjoyed early bird prizes and raffle draws, adding excitement to a day of learning and networking.
This GMM was an excellent opportunity for HR practitioners to stay informed on regulatory updates and adopt innovative approaches to workplace engagement. Stay tuned for more updates on our official website.
