ALPHA GMM June 2025: Practical Insights on OSH Compliance and Training Needs Analysis

The Association of Laguna Technopark Professionals in Human Administration (ALPHA) held its General Membership Meeting (GMM) at the LTAI Multi-Purpose Pavilion in Laguna Technopark from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This month’s session was designed to be both informative and practical, equipping HR professionals with essential knowledge on regulatory compliance and workforce development.
The event featured two expert speakers. Ms. Malou G. Abad, Managing Director of Techno Serve Management & Consultancy, delivered an insightful talk on “Effective Approaches in Conducting Training Needs Analysis,” providing actionable strategies for identifying and addressing skill gaps within organizations. Mr. Rex Del Rosario, Accredited OSH Consultant with DOLE-BWC and Owner of 2R OSH Training & Consultancy, discussed “Understanding DOLE D.O. 252-25, Revised Implementing Rules on Occupational Safety and Health,” ensuring members stay updated on the latest occupational safety regulations.
This GMM was a valuable opportunity for HR practitioners to strengthen compliance practices and enhance organizational training strategies.
