Laguna Technopark, Biñan, Laguna – May 29, 2025
Again, the Association of Laguna Technopark Professionals in Human Administration (ALPHA) held its General Membership Meeting (GMM) at the LTAI Multi-Purpose Pavilion in Laguna Technopark from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This month’s theme, “Sharing HR Strategies That Work,” focused on exchanging best practices among HR professionals within the Laguna Technopark community.
The event featured two insightful speakers. Ms. Angelica Garcia, HR Manager of Swedish Match Philippines, shared her presentation on “Employee Benefits and Engagement in Swedish Match Where Employee Experience Drives Retention,” highlighting how a strong employee experience can significantly improve retention and engagement. Ms. Charina Williams, Admin Sr. Manager of I-PEX Philippines, discussed “Industrial Peace and Harmony for I-PEX Philippines,” emphasizing strategies for maintaining a positive and harmonious workplace environment.
As always, the GMM included early bird prizes and raffle draws, adding excitement to the learning experience. ALPHA extends its gratitude to our generous sponsors: J Castles, Diversey Philippines, and CommerceOne Business Solutions, whose support made this event possible.
This session reinforced ALPHA’s commitment to knowledge-sharing and collaboration among HR practitioners. Stay tuned for more updates and photo highlights from this enriching event on our official website.
